Nicolas Consulting LLP was founded in 2008 by Nick Garavini, who is a chartered building surveyor with experience of undertaking all professional building surveying instructions for a range of financial institutions, professional landlords and a variety of tenant organisations. He enjoys a particular interest in dilapidations, due diligence, building inspection reporting and expert witness work and has represented both landlords and tenants in court and tribunal proceedings in contentious matters.

As a firm of chartered building surveyors Nicolas Consulting LLP is regulated by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and is independent of both funding organisations and sales or letting agents in order that it can remain impartial at all times.
